Show Up to the First Chair Prepared

Ski and snowboard days demand strength, power and control through every turn, and the first few days of the season are when many riders feel it. This class gets your legs, hips and core ready before the snow flies.

Sessions combine three things that matter most on the slopes: plyometrics for power and landing control, strength work for the muscles that carry you through long days, and mobility so your body moves the way you need it to.

1

Plyometric

Progressive jump and landing work to build explosive power and teach your body to absorb force.

2

Strength

Lower body and core strength to hold your position, drive through turns and fight fatigue late in the day.

3

Mobility

Hip, ankle and trunk mobility so you can move freely and stay balanced in changing terrain.

Who It's For
