How it works
This is an independent contractor role. You run your own sessions on your own schedule, and you can grow your income two ways:
Clients through us
When adults and athletes come to us looking for personal training, you'll have the opportunity to pick them up and earn a competitive commission on every completed session. Client referrals depend on demand and aren't guaranteed.
Clients you bring
Bring your existing clients and keep building your book using our space, equipment and turf.
Training hours are available every day of the week, so you can build your schedule around your clients. We'll walk through rates and terms when we meet.
How you'll work
- Run your own one-on-one and small-group sessions using your own programming and coaching methods
- Assess your clients and build programs around their goals and history
- Set your own schedule and manage your own client relationships
- Follow the facility guidelines for equipment and shared space that apply to everyone training here

What we're looking for
Preferred qualifications
- 1+ year of personal training experience
- An existing client base
- A degree in exercise science, kinesiology or a related field
- Experience training both adults and athletes
